Cook a whole chicken in crock pot until meat is falling off bone. Remove chicken. Take meat off chicken. Use chicken juices to make a broth. Make egg noodles.
In large bowl, stir together 2 1/2 cups of flour and a pinch of salt. Add 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of butter. Knead dough until smooth, about five minutes. Let rest in covered bowl for 10 minutes.
On floured surface, roll out to 1/8 or 1/4 thickness. Cut into desired lengths and shapes.
Allow to air dry before cooking.
To cook, add fresh pasta to a large pot with boiled salted water. Cook until al dente.
Once pasta is cooked, throw in with chicken broth, add chicken meat. Season to taste.
